Job description

Busy and growing Fort Myers law firm is seeking an experienced probate and/or trust administration legal assistant. The firm has a very active probate case load and the position requires a candidate to have substantial probate experience. The candidate will be responsible for managing the client case from inception to closing. The candidate will have direct client contact.

Additional experience in guardianship matters and preparation of Form 706 are beneficial.

Compensation:

  • Commensurate with experience.
