Our work has been featured in numerous national and international publications and is known for its timeless aesthetic, meticulous attention to detail, and exceptional client experience.

We are seeking a talented Associate Designer to join our team on a contract basis. If you are passionate about interior design, have strong technical drafting skills, thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment, and are eager to grow professionally, we'd love to hear from you.

Position Overview:

The Associate Designer will support the design team throughout all phases of the design process- from concept development through installation. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, technically proficient, and able to balance creativity with accuracy. This role requires someone who learns quickly, communicates professionally, and enjoys contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Create accurate construction drawings, floor plans, elevations, and detailed design documentation using AutoCAD or Revit.
  • Develop finish plans, furniture layouts, and fixture schedules.
  • Understand and interpret architectural drawings, dimensions, specifications, and field measurements.
  • Conduct on-site measurements and assist with project installations.
  • Research products, materials, furnishings, fixtures, and finishes.
  • Source furnishings, accessories, lighting, and plumbing fixtures that align with project goals.
  • Assist in preparing client presentations using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and InDesign experience is a plus).
  • Prepare product specifications and assist with pricing and client proposals in Studio Designer.
  • Coordinate with vendors, manufacturers, contractors, and project partners.
  • Support the design team with project documentation, organization, and scheduling.
  • Maintain project accuracy while managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
  • 2-4 years of professional interior design experience, preferably in luxury residential or hospitality design.
  • Strong proficiency in AutoCAD or Revit (required).
  • Excellent drafting skills and understanding of construction documentation.
  • Ability to read and create floor plans, elevations, and technical drawings.
  • Strong understanding of measurements, space planning, and design specifications.
  • Experience with SketchUp and Adobe Photoshop/InDesign is preferred.
  • Experience with Studio Designer is a plus.
