Location: Leesburg, FL
FTE: Full-Time (1.0 FTE)
Schedule: Monday - Friday
Plays a critical role in enhancing healthcare delivery by analyzing clinical data and integrating informatics solutions into clinical workflows. Develops and maintains clinical information systems to ensure data accuracy and accessibility while training medical staff on electronic health records and informatics tools. Monitors compliance with healthcare regulations and data privacy standards, evaluates new technologies, and recommends improvements to clinical practice. Supports clinical research through effective data management and resolves technical issues related to informatics systems promptly.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
  • Enhances healthcare delivery by analyzing clinical data and integrating informatics solutions into clinical workflows.
  • Develops and maintains clinical information systems to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.
  • Trains medical staff on electronic health records and clinical informatics tools.
  • Monitors compliance with healthcare regulations and data privacy standards.
  • Evaluates new technologies and recommends improvements to clinical practice and workflows.
  • Supports clinical research through effective data management and reporting.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Education
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required.
• Master's degree preferred.
Experience & Skills
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in clinical informatics or healthcare required.
• Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) and clinical data systems required.
• Experience training clinical staff on informatics tools preferred.
• Familiarity with healthcare regulations and data privacy standards, including HIPAA, required.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills required.
