Position Summary:

The Growth team at Pareto plays a central role in shaping the company's growth strategy, enabling commercial success, and supporting executive team decision-making. We partner closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to explore new growth opportunities, evaluate strategic partnerships, and translate complex analysis into clear, actionable direction.

The Director, Growth Strategy will play a pivotal role in advancing Pareto's growth strategy and supporting top-priority strategic initiatives with high executive visibility.
