We are looking for an Assistant Manager, Maintenance to join our Maintenance team to keep our customers moving.
In this leadership role, you will coordinate with your maintenance employees to ensure that any repair, maintenance, and cleaning operations are completed across our fleet. Responsibilities
  • Prioritize repair orders and operational demands to ensure safe, clean, reliable and efficient buses that meet their schedules and exceeds customer expectations
  • Coordinate the repair, preventive maintenance, cleaning, inspection, bodywork, and all related functions of coaches and equipment
  • Develop employees by training, mentoring, encouraging, and rewarding performance
  • Ensure proper safety policies and procedures are in place and followed.
  • Eliminate all hazardous working conditions
  • Lead employees to achieve goals and objectives
  • Ability to be able to work independently and cooperatively with team members
  • Ability to be an active listener with excellent communication skills
  • Must be flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications
  • 3 or more years of supervisory experience in automotive, trucking, or bus maintenance
  • Mechanical Background
  • Ability to do Shift Work (For all shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays)
  • Ability to solve problems and make real-time decisions.
  • HS Diploma or GE

Compensation Range
USD $80,000.00 - USD $95,000.00 /Yr.
