CNC Operator Job Duties:
  1. Set up and run general purpose CNC machines, including milling, drilling and grinding fixture setup, and machine calibration, ensuring all parameters meet tight tolerances and quality standards.
  2. Knowledge in manual CNC programming and 2D and 3D program generation using Mastercam
  3. Use advanced CAD/CAM software (e.g., Mastercam or Fuision 360) to generate, adjust, and improve machining programs.
  4. Monitor, adjust, and optimize machining parameters such as feeds, speeds, and tooling to maximize efficiency and minimize errors.
  5. Responsible for overall management of production activities and achieving production targets capabilities, yield and lead time
 
 CNC Machinist/Programmer Requirements: 
  1. Must have 1-3 years of relevant experience as a CNC Operator
  2. Intermediate computer skills, ability to use Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  3. Must be detail oriented
  4. Initiative- Job requires a willingness to take on responsibilities and challenges
 
 Schedule: 
Week one: Mon, Tues, Thurs
Week two: Wed, Friday, Saturday and Sunday
615am-630pm

Pay: $ 20/hr
