Job description

Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 11 years of experience in consulting, corporate strategy, technology sales, data analytics, performance marketing, business analysis, product strategy, or a related technical field.

Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience uncovering compelling insights, building narratives, and scaling thought leadership.
  • Experience and a point of view on omni-channel (store/online/app) and Google products.
  • Strong project management and client-facing experience, delivering high-profile projects and influencing executive stakeholders while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Deep knowledge of measurement including experience with MMM analysis and calibration, incrementality experiment design, store visits, and store sales.
  • Knowledge and understanding of Google's core advertising products (e.g., YouTube, Google Ads, Google Analytics).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities
  • Develop strategic partnerships to advance measurement maturity for customers by collaboratively establishing a clear road map for execution and translating complex concepts into clear stories for business stakeholders.
  • Evolve full funnel strategy by setting the required foundation and infrastructure for measurement needed to advance and maximize value. Consult on incrementality experiments, attribution and MMM.
  • Build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and work with cross-site and cross-functional teams to drive short and long-term account growth. Partner with sales and product teams to identify data driven business growth opportunities.
  • Educate, drive influence, and build relationships with stakeholders through measurement subject matter knowledge.
  • Analyze large datasets and distill them into actionable insights that are presented in a logical and compelling story.
