Job Title: Part-Time Early Childhood Teacher / Play Enthusiast Location: Gymboree Play & Music - Carmel, IN Job Type: Part-Time (1-2 days per week)

From blowing bubbles and shaking parachutes to introducing little ones to the wonders of music, art, and S.T.E.M., we provide a vibrant, high-energy environment where children and parents can play and grow together.
The Role: Are you fluent in "toddler"? Do you have a big imagination and an endlessly playful personality? We are looking for a fun-loving Part-Time Teacher to join our team for 1 to 2 days per week!
In this role, you will be the life of the party, leading engaging, developmentally appropriate classes for young children and their grownups. You don't need a background in education or years of classroom experience-we will completely train you! If you bring the energy and a genuine love for making kids smile, we will teach you the rest.
What You'll Do:
  • Lead the Fun: Facilitate high-energy, play-based classes including physical play, music, and art activities.
  • Engage Families: Build strong connections with children and their parents/caregivers, creating a welcoming and inclusive community.
  • Set the Stage: Help maintain a clean, safe, and visually appealing play floor and classroom environment.
  • Sing & Play: Comfortably sing loud (even if off-key!), act silly, blow bubbles, and make every child feel special.
