Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Onsite SAP Manager to lead SAP program delivery at the client location. The role involves managing end-to-end SAP engagements, stakeholder communication, onsite-offshore coordination, and ensuring successful delivery aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
• Act as the primary point of contact for the client at the onsite location
• Lead end-to-end SAP program/project delivery across modules (S/4HANA, ECC, etc.)
• Manage stakeholder communication, including business leaders and IT teams
• Drive requirement gathering and implementation oversight
• Coordinate between onsite and offshore teams for seamless execution
• Ensure adherence to project timelines, budget, and quality standards
• Manage SOWs, change requests, and commercial discussions
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively
• Support pre-sales activities, including solutioning and estimations
• Ensure compliance with client and organizational governance processes
