Job description

The Opportunity

Join Adobe as a Mgr, Fraud Risk Management and Strategy in our San Jose office! This is an outstanding chance to join a dedicated team where you will play a vital role in protecting our world-class digital platforms. What you'll do

  • Lead fraud policy, strategy, and prevention initiatives as a member of Adobe'sGlobal Consumer Trustorganization.

  • Serve as the strategic lead for fraud policy and governance, developing scalable frameworks that protect Adobe, its customers, and its ecosystem from evolving fraud threats.

  • Develop, maintain, and continuously improve fraud policies, operational standards, and governance models that enable consistent fraud prevention practices across the business.

  • Partner with Product, Engineering,Go-to-Market,Customer Experience, Legal,Payments, and Fraud Operationsto identify emerging fraud trends and drive strategic improvements.

  • Translate fraud intelligence, customer insights, operational data, and emerging threat patterns into actionable policies, business recommendations, and long-term prevention strategies.

  • Drive cross-functional initiatives that improve fraud prevention capabilities through process optimization, automation, tooling, and operational excellence.

  • Establish program objectives, key performance indicators, and governance mechanisms to measure the effectiveness of fraud prevention initiatives.

  • Influence product, tooling,and operational roadmaps by advocating for fraud prevention capabilities that improve customer trust while reducing business risk.

  • Build executive-level reporting, arguments, and strategic recommendations that communicate fraud trends, program efficiency, and investment opportunities.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor across Adobe on fraud prevention strategy, helping teams balance customer experience, operational efficiency, and risk mitigation.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience developing fraud strategy, policy, governance, or risk management programs within a global technology, SaaS, financial services, or e-commerce organization.

  • Deep understanding of fraud prevention principles, emerging fraud trends, and the operational challenges associated with protecting digital customer experiences.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to transform complex data into actionable insights, strategic recommendations, and executive-level communications.

  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and drive alignment across highly matrixed organizations without direct authority.

  • Experience developing policies, governance frameworks, operating models, and scalable business processes.

  • Strong program and project management skills with outstanding organizational rigor and attention to execution.

  • Ability to balance fraud prevention objectives with customer trust, business growth, and operational efficiency.

  • Outstanding communication, storytelling, and presentation skills, with experience presenting to executive audiences.

  • Creative problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate emerging risks and develop innovative, scalable solutions.

  • Experience with fraud analytics, fraud prevention technologies, trust and safety operations, or enterprise risk management is highly desirable.

Expected Pay Range:

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $104,800 -- $234,200 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process. In California, the pay range for this position is $161,700 - $234,200 In New York, the pay range for this position is $161,700 - $234,200

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
