  • Administer, support, and optimize Flexera One capabilities, including IT Asset Management, IT Visibility (ITV), and SaaS Management.
  • Execute data management processes to improve inventory integrity, reconciliation quality, and governance outcomes.
  • Configure and maintain inventory ingestion and integration workflows within Flexera One.
  • Design, build, and maintain Flexera Business Adapters for ingestion, mapping, enrichment, and transformation of source data.
  • Develop and support reports, dashboards, and scheduled exports for operational and leadership stakeholders.
  • Support software compliance and true-up activities by providing reliable data, analysis, and reporting.
  • Partner with ITSM and CMDB teams to align Flexera data/processes with broader service operations.
  • Provide production support, troubleshooting, documentation, and continuous improvement for Flexera platform operations.
What you have

Required Qualifications

  • 3-5+ years of hands-on experience administering and supporting Flexera One in a large enterprise environment.
  • Strong understanding of Software Asset Management (SAM), IT Asset Management (ITAM), software lifecycle management, and asset governance practices.
  • Experience managing Flexera inventory collection, inventory beacon operations, and agent deployments.
  • Ability to monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve Flexera agent health, inventory collection, and data quality issues.
  • Hands-on experience with Flexera One SaaS Management, including SaaS connector onboarding, license visibility, and shadow IT analysis.
  • Proven experience designing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting Flexera Business Adapters, including import/export processes, data mapping, enrichment, and transformation workflows.
  • Experience supporting large-scale environments with 25,000+ Windows and Linux devices.
  • Experience with REST APIs, data integrations, and enterprise data ingestion processes.
  • Strong data analysis and technical skills, including SQL for data validation/reporting and scripting (PowerShell or similar) for automation.
  • Experience handling JSON/XML/CSV/Excel data used for imports, reconciliation, and operational analysis.
  • Familiarity with approved Generative AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot, or equivalent technologies to assist with troubleshooting, automation, reporting, and documentation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain data and process issues to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Procurement, Security, Operations, Infrastructure, and Service Management.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with Flexera IT Visibility (ITV)/Technology Intelligence, including inventory collection, application recognition, software normalization, and hardware/software asset visibility use cases.
  • Exposure to ITSM applications and integrations, such as ServiceNow and/or BMC Helix/Remedy.
  • Experience integrating Flexera with CMDBs, endpoint/inventory tools, and enterprise data sources.
  • Experience with REST APIs for Flexera data retrieval and automation.
  • Exposure to SCCM/MECM, Intune, Active Directory, Tanium, or comparable inventory sources.
