Job description

ABOUT FIERCE ARMS

Fierce Arms is a premium American firearms manufacturer based in Redmond, Utah, known for building some of the most accurate and high-quality bolt-action rifles on the market. We are a fast-growing company built on craftsmanship, innovation, and a deep commitment to the firearms community. Our team is passionate, driven, and proud of what we build. If you share that passion, we want to hear from you.

POSITION SUMMARY

We are looking for a driven, professional Sales Representative to join the Fierce Arms team. This is a hybrid inside/outside sales role responsible for managing and growing our dealer network, developing new dealer relationships, and handling direct-to-consumer sales inquiries. This person will be a front-line ambassador for the Fierce Arms brand — equally comfortable on the phone closing a deal, on the road visiting a key account, and behind a desk managing a territory pipeline.

This is an on-site position based at our Redmond, Utah headquarters. Remote work is not available for this role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Dealer Account Management

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of authorized Fierce Arms dealer accounts across an assigned territory
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for dealer inquiries, orders, pricing, and product questions
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with dealers to drive sell-through and brand loyalty
  • Monitor dealer performance and identify opportunities to increase volume and product placement
  • Conduct regular outreach calls and scheduled check-ins with active dealer accounts

New Dealer Acquisition

  • Identify, prospect, and onboard new authorized dealers in assigned and open market territories
  • Present the Fierce Arms product line and brand story to prospective dealers with confidence and professionalism
  • Coordinate with marketing and sales leadership to align territory growth strategy

Direct-to-Consumer Sales

  • Handle inbound consumer sales calls and emails with professionalism and product knowledge
  • Guide customers through product selection, custom options, and the ordering process
  • Represent the Fierce Arms brand in every customer interaction — be the voice of the company

Travel & Field Activity

  • Travel to dealer locations, trade shows, and industry events as needed (estimated 20–30% travel)
  • Represent Fierce Arms at trade shows and sales events throughout the year
  • Conduct dealer staff training and in-store product presentations

Reporting & Pipeline Management

  • Maintain accurate records of dealer accounts, sales activity, and pipeline in company systems
  • Provide regular territory updates and sales reports to sales leadership
  • Track and report on dealer order trends, backorders, and inventory needs

QUALIFICATIONS

Required

  • 7–10 years of sales experience, preferably in firearms, hunting, outdoor, or sporting goods industries
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills — confident on the phone and in person
  • Self-motivated with a hunter mentality — you don't wait for business to come to you
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM or order management systems
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 30% of the time
  • Must be able to work on-site at Fierce Arms headquarters in Redmond, Utah — no remote option

Preferred

  • Experience in firearms dealer or distributor sales
  • Existing relationships within the firearms retail or wholesale network
  • Knowledge of bolt-action rifle products, configurations, and consumer buying patterns
  • Experience representing a brand at trade shows or in-field dealer visits

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

  • Base salary: $70,000 per year
  • Commission structure based on dealer sales volume and new account acquisition
  • Health benefits
  • 401(k) with company match up to 4%
  • PTO
  • Company travel reimbursement
  • Employee pricing on Fierce Arms products
