Job Title: Sales Representative

  • Location: On-Site, Grand Junction, CO 81505 
  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Pay: $18.00 - $24.00
  • Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 7:00am-5:00pm AND Friday 8:00am-12:00pm

We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our team. This role is essential in supporting the XLR team, managing orders, and assisting customers in finding the products they need. 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

·                     Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online channels

·                     Manage customer accounts

·                     Process, track, and manage sales orders

·                     Provide product information and recommendations

·                     Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-up tasks

·                     Support the overall sales team with administrative and customer-service tasks

Qualifications

·                     Firearms knowledge and experience strongly preferred

·                     Background in hunting, precision rifle shooting, or competitive shooting is a plus

·                     Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·                     Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks

·                     Customer service or sales experience preferred

·                     Must work on-site at XLR (this is not a remote position)
