Position Summary

The Finance Manager will be a part of the Custom Guarantee Management team within PBM Finance and Rebates Operations. The candidate will have the opportunity to join a collaborative and high-performing team. This role allows the candidate to gain valuable financial planning, analysis, reporting and operations experience at an industry-leading company.

Responsibilities include:

  • Reviews client-level contractual terms, in order to apply inputs to financial reporting requirements.
  • Conducts detailed financial analysis, including variance, trend, and profitability analysis.
  • Manages a subgroup of client pricing strategies in support of the broader team portfolio.
  • Identifies opportunities to streamline financial processes, improve efficiency, and enhance data accuracy.
  • Identifies areas for improvement and implements changes to optimize team performance, processes, and workflows.
  • Effectively communicate results and findings to leadership.
  • Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to execute deliverables.
  • Assist in various department projects in support of team goals.


Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in business, finance or accounting.

5+ years of experience with advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint knowledge.
Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required, preferably in Business, Finance and/or Accounting.

The typical pay range for this role is:

$66,330.00 - $145,860.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
