This role is responsible for developing the analytics, controls, and operating processes needed to identify emerging risks, strengthen preventive measures, and support a proactive response to cyber and fraud threats impacting the Global Controllership environment. The Director will also coordinate communications across cross-functional stakeholders and senior leadership during active incidents.

The ideal candidate is a clear, independent, and analytical leader with strong curiosity about end-to-end processes, a controls-oriented mindset, and proven experience managing incidents from identification through resolution. They will be metrics-driven, comfortable interpreting data, and able to operate effectively in a fast-paced, customer-centric, and continuously evolving environment.

Here you can:

  • Develop and implement strategies to identify, assess, and mitigate cyber-enabled fraud and financial loss risks across multiple teams, processes, and systems.
  • Perform regular reviews and assessments of fraud prevention processes, identifying control gaps and driving continuous improvement.
  • Provide training, guidance, and support to business teams to strengthen fraud awareness and reinforce preventive behaviors.
  • Prepare and facilitate senior management report-outs for major Global Controllership incidents, including root-cause insights, operational and control gaps, and recommended remediation actions.
  • Define and maintain metrics and reporting to monitor incident management activity, fraud and loss prevention trends, and management actions.
  • Act as a key liaison between the business, Cyber, Legal, Treasury, and Global Controllership teams to support timely incident resolution and define short- and long-term mitigation actions.
Qualifications

Here you'll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in internal audit, fraud investigation, incident management, or a related risk and controls discipline.
  • Exceptional understanding of financial fraud, cyber threats, adversary techniques, response procedures, threat detection, and cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST.
  • Ability and willingness to work in a fast-paced, high-demand role that may require non-standard working hours during active incidents.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, priorities, and escalation paths simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to tailor messaging for senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Experience applying security, risk, and control concepts to financial processes.
  • Knowledge of fintech developments and their implications for financial operations, fraud prevention, and control environments.
  • Experience developing incident management processes and/or managing incidents through structured response and resolution frameworks.
  • Ability to lead, influence, and communicate effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Desired Characteristics

  • Self-starter with the ability to deliver consistently and independently with limited oversight.
  • Solid stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to tailor approach and communication style to secure alignment and drive delivery.
  • Proactive delivery mindset, with the ability to anticipate risks, remove barriers, and resolve conflict constructively.
  • Experience working with international teams; Certified Fraud Examiner certification is a plus.
