Job Description
The Facilities Technician is responsible for maintaining high-quality guest experience by ensuring the proper operation and maintenance of audio-visual systems, bowling equipment, arcade games, and overall facility infrastructure. The Facilities Technician helps ensure that all entertainment equipment and facility systems are operating safely, efficiently, and at the highest level of performance.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Perform regular maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on a variety of arcade games.
  • Ensure all games are functioning properly and safely.
  • Conduct routine checks and repairs on bowling lanes, pinsetters, ball returns, and scoring systems.
  • Address any technical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
  • Perform basic preventative maintenance tasks with plumbing, bowling, and game room.
  • Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot audio-visual equipment for presentations and events.
  • Assist with the technical aspects of event preparation and execution.
  • Follow all safety protocols and regulations. Ensure that all maintenance work is conducted safely and in compliance with local building codes.
  • Keep detailed records of maintenance activities.
  • Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and parts.
  • Work closely with other team members and departments to support overall facility operations.
  • Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Address any facility-related issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Be prepared to respond quickly to emergencies, such as equipment failures or safety hazards, to ensure guest and staff safety.
  • Other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
