About the job

The Associate Events Manager partners with cross-functional teams, agencies, and stakeholders

to manage end-to-end event execution across North America. This role supports corporate events,

tradeshows, employee engagement initiatives, and branded experiences while balancing logistics,

budgets, timelines, and event strategy.


We're looking for someone who

● Holds a bachelor’s degree in event management, experiential marketing, communications,

public relations, or a related field

● Has 7+ years of event management experience, ideally within a corporate environment

● Has experience managing events from concept through onsite execution

● Excels at project management, organization, multitasking, and meeting tight deadlines

● Communicates clearly and collaborates effectively across teams and stakeholders

● Is highly detail-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

● Has experience managing vendors, contracts, budgets, logistics, and event reporting

● Is comfortable working independently while also contributing to collaborative teams

● Is proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools

● Has experience supporting virtual, hybrid, and in-person events

● Has tech industry experience (preferred)

● Is flexible and available for travel, weekend events, and changing priorities as needed


What you'll do

● Manage end-to-end event planning, execution, budgeting, and reporting
