We are seeking a Junior Process Engineer with 2+ years of experience who is eager to grow their technical skills, contribute to multidisciplinary project teams, and support the design and optimization of energy facilities. Key Responsibilities
What Youโ€™ll Do

As a Junior Process Engineer, you will support process engineering activities across various project phasesโ€”from conceptual design through detailed engineering and operational support. Responsibilities include:

Technical Support
  • Assist in developing process simulations and models under senior guidance
  • Support preparation of key engineering deliverables, including:ย 
    • Heat & Material Balances
    • Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs)
    • Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs)
    • Engineering calculations, reports, and data sheets
  • Conduct basic analyses of facility performance and help identify opportunities for optimization or debottlenecking
Collaboration & Project Execution
  • Work closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams, senior engineers, and project managers
  • Interface with vendors to gather technical information and support equipment specification
  • Support commissioning, startโ€‘up activities, and field engineering tasks when required
Safety, Quality & Compliance
  • Participate in P&ID reviews, hazard assessments, and design verification activities
  • Ensure deliverables comply with applicable engineering standards, codes, and regulatory requirements
Technical Exposure

You will gain handsโ€‘on experience in a variety of process systems, which may include:
  • Natural gas processing (sweet and sour gas)
  • Oil processing, including heavy oil, stabilization, and treating operations
  • Power Generation
  • Brownfield MOCโ€™s
  • Refinery process systems

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
About You

You are an early-career engineer with a desire to learn, take on new challenges, and contribute to high-quality engineering work. You bring:

  • ย Bachelorโ€™s degree in Chemical Engineering
  • 2+ years of experience in process engineering (EPC/EPCM experience preferred)
  • Familiarity with process simulation tools (e.g., Aspen HYSYS, ProMax, or similar)
  • Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced project environment
