Salary:

Start Date:

Aquent is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to lead cross-functional product teams from conceptual design through the deployment of high-impact digital health products. In this strategic role, you will own the product lifecycle for a core Clinical Platform supporting the organization's specialized managed care segments.
Operating with significant autonomy, you will evaluate complex data, identify platform gaps, conduct feasibility studies, and translate market trends into robust technical requirements. The ideal candidate is an expert "translator" who can bridge the gap between clinical operations and engineering teams using modern enterprise agile tooling.
Key Responsibilities
  • Product Lifecycle Ownership: Lead and shepherd product management from design to delivery, ensuring fully developed platform features are optimized for end-user clinical teams.
  • Requirements & Gap Analysis: Define complex product requirements, conduct feasibility studies, and identify functional gaps by engaging directly with stakeholders and clinical partners.
  • Strategic Problem Solving: Investigate operational roadblocks during design phases, monitor platform performance, and pivot execution schedules or technical approaches based on project viability.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams across engineering, UX design, data analytics, and clinical operations without rigid, daily direction.
  • Executive Visibility: Provide timely, data-driven status updates, risk assessments, and product roadmaps to senior leadership to influence departmental strategy.
  • Agile Governance: Utilize enterprise product management and development tools-specifically Azure DevOps (ADO) and Jira Align-to maintain backlogs and track delivery velocity.
Required Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Health Informatics, Business, or a related field.
  • Product Experience: 5+ years of technical product management or core technical delivery experience handling moderately complex platform architectures.
  • Domain Expertise: Direct, hands-on experience managing and deploying Clinical Platforms or healthcare-specific workflow engines.
  • Vendor Management: Proven track record working directly with external SaaS vendors to integrate, customize, or migrate large-scale applications.
  • Tooling Mastery: High proficiency using Azure DevOps (ADO), Jira, or Jira Align to manage complex, scaled-agile frameworks.
  • Mindset: A strong passion for humanizing healthcare technology and continuously optimizing user and consumer experiences.
Top 3 Skills for Success
  1. Clinical Technical Fluency: The ability to look at complex clinical data streams or regulatory rules and translate them cleanly into engineering requirements.
  2. Autonomous Decision Making: Comfortable working without daily direction, utilizing deep analytical skills to evaluate variable factors and choose the best technical path forward.
  3. High-Altitude Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to "hit the ground running," confidently driving alignment among technical developers, clinical staff, and C-suite stakeholders alike.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $52.76 to $58.62 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
