What Youโ€™ll Do

Youโ€™ll be the driving force behind successful project executionโ€”ensuring safety, quality, and customer satisfaction every step of the way.

  • Shape the Work: Participate in proposal reviews to define project scope, risks, and strategy.
  • Plan for Success: Develop cost estimates, schedules, and execution plans for installation and reassembly.
  • Make It Happen: Coordinate the delivery of equipment and materials from our facility to customer sites.
  • Lead Safely: Champion safety-first practices and ensure compliance across all activities.
  • Be the Expert: Provide technical guidance to customers and internal teams.
  • Lead the Team: Manage on-site project teams and oversee day-to-day execution.
  • Own the Relationship: Act as the primary point of contact for customersโ€”building trust and delivering results.
  • Collaborate On-Site: Partner closely with site Construction Management team and manage relationships and coordination with onsite contractor teams.
  • Drive Transparency: Keep stakeholders informed with clear progress updates and reporting.
  • Manage Change: Own change control processes and keep projects on track.
  • Deliver Excellence: Lead customer acceptance testing and ensure successful project closeout.
  • Improve Continuously: Identify opportunities to optimize processes and drive innovation.

What You Bring

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Engineering or Construction Management
  • 7โ€“10 years of experience in engineering, construction, or manufacturing environments
  • Ability to read and interpret AutoCAD P&ID drawings
  • Excellent communication skillsโ€”comfortable leading discussions with diverse teams and customers
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently when needed

Bonus Points:

  • Strong scheduling expertise using Microsoft Project
  • Experience with Continuous Improvement (CI)
  • Lean / Six Sigma knowledge

Location & Travel

  • Travel: Take on a dynamic, travel-intensive role (75%+ domestic and international), including extended on-site assignments that put you at the center of the work and accelerate your experience and exposure.
  • Base: Bethlehem, PA or Springfield, MO, when not traveling to installation sites
