What You'll Do:

  • Lead roadway, stormwater, and site development projects from kickoff to completion.
  • Manage scope, schedule, budget, and quality, ensuring every project meets client expectations.
  • Build and mentor project teams of engineers, technicians, and support staff.
  • Develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and nurture client relationships.
  • Present technical solutions and project updates to clients, stakeholders, and public officials.
  • Drive business development by fostering long-term client partnerships

Who You Are:

  • Education/Experience: BS in Engineering, Science, Architecture, Management, or related field or equivalent progressive experience in municipal civil/environmental projects.
  • Experience: 8+ years of consulting or related professional experience; 12+ years preferred for those without a degree.
  • Licensure: Florida PE, PG, or Architect registration may be required.
  • Other: Valid Driver's License and acceptable MVR.
