Job Summary: Insider Threat Program UAM Engineer
Location: Lorton, VA (Onsite, 5 days/week)
Clearance: TS/SCI required

Join Leidos' Digital Modernization Sector as an Insider Threat Program UAM Engineer supporting the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) on the HEITS Contract. Leverage your User Activity Monitoring expertise to enhance national security and protect critical infrastructure. This dynamic leadership position offers the chance to drive technical innovation, mentor professionals, and play a vital part in safeguarding the homeland.
[Responsibilities]
- Lead the deployment, maintenance, and optimization of User Activity Monitoring (UAM) software solutions across enterprise environments
- Oversee updates, changes, and configuration management to ensure seamless UAM tool operation and full coverage
- Collaborate with ITP analysts to deliver custom configurations, data feeds, and platform enhancements
- Maintain comprehensive documentation capturing system baselines and technical changes
- Provide stakeholder and end-user training, developing certification programs for continuous personnel development
- Present technical briefings and reports to senior management and DHS stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with DHS security standards and participate in risk mitigation efforts

- Bachelor's degree (8+ years relevant experience) or Master's (6+ years) in IT or closely related field
