The role involves monitoring site performance and analytics, improving user experience, and implementing conversion rate optimization tactics. The Ecommerce Manager B2B will also manage key account relationships, support digital sales enablement, and ensure consistent brand messaging across all online touchpoints. Regular responsibilities include reporting on KPIs, identifying opportunities for expansion, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to enhance overall ecommerce operations.

Qualifications
