About SonoVision
SonoVision is a family-owned business specializing in the repair and refurbishment of ultrasound equipment. We're a small, focused team that takes pride in doing things right.

About the Role
This role is based primarily in our office, where the bulk of your day is spent hands-on: packaging parts and preparing shipments at the shipping table. This is physical, active work — repetitive taping, lifting, bending, and customizing packaging to fit parts of all shapes and sizes. You'll also handle shipping documentation and serve as the first point of contact for delivery drivers and the occasional visitor. Roughly 15–20% of your time will be spent in the warehouse, putting parts away in backstock and unpacking palletized shipments. This role is a great fit if you're comfortable with hands-on, physical work as the core of your day, and can shift smoothly between packing, documentation, and the occasional warehouse task.

What You'll Do

  • Package delicate parts carefully and securely for shipment, including customizing packaging for non-standard sized parts
  • Use a tape gun repeatedly to seal boxes at the shipping table
  • Print and process shipping documentation accurately
  • Maintain an organized workspace and shipping supplies
  • Use good judgment when managing drop-in sales calls on behalf of leadership
  • Put parts away in warehouse backstock and occasionally unpack palletized shipments (approx. 15–20% of role)
  • Cross-train in inventory and receiving so you can step in and keep things moving when needed

Physical Requirements
This role is physically active and hands-on for the majority of the day, including:

  • Repetitive motion, such as using a tape gun to seal boxes
  • Handling boxes and parts ranging from very small to large and awkwardly shaped
  • Bending, kneeling, and lifting items (up to 50 lbs) throughout the day
  • Standing and moving for extended periods at the shipping table and in the warehouse

What We're Looking For

  • You've held a job before and know what showing up looks like
  • Detail-oriented and methodical — you don't cut corners on things that matter
  • Communicates clearly and comfortably with coworkers, management, and visitors
  • Calm, composed, and uses good judgment — especially when unexpected situations arise
  • Comfortable with the physical demands described above
  • Basic computer skills (Windows, typing, email)
  • High school diploma or equivalent; must pass a background check
  • Previous shipping or warehouse experience is a plus — but we'll train the right person

Why SonoVision?

  • A comfortable, friendly place where work is taken seriously and good people are valued
  • A role where your attention to detail and reliability will be noticed and valued
  • Room to grow into additional responsibilities over time
  • Competitive pay and a strong benefits package from day one
