AO Racing has quickly risen to one of the benchmark teams in Professional Sportscar Racing with a commitment to on-track excellence and fan engagement. AO Racing commands attention with its fun liveries and fan-friendly presence.  The iconic liveries of “Rexy” and “Roxy” the T-Rex Porsche 911 GT3 Rawrs and “Spike” the LMP2 Dragon have captivated fans worldwide earning AO Racing a dedicated following.  We are currently competing in both the IMSA WeatherTech & European LeMans Championships.  As we continue to build our programs for the future, we are looking for the right people to grow with us.



Who You Are:

  • You are highly organized and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
  • You enjoy maintaining a clean warehouse and workspace, managing inventory and prompt customer service.
  • Problem solving is one of your strongest attributes; you have proficiency to tackle operational and supply chain disruptions and/or other issues that impact product availability or sales.
  • Your level of proficiency with Shopify is extensive, able to navigate the program and use it to AO Racing’s advantage to create ways to sell merchandise and appeal to consumers


What You’ll Do:

  • Serve as an integral part of the Merchandise and Licensing Department directly assisting the Chief Commercial Officer and Director of Merchandise & Licensing
  • Manage the AO Racing e-commerce store
  • Count and receives in all inventories
  • Pulls, packs, ships worldwide online orders; manages and orders supplies
  • Maintain and manage communication with customers
  • Assist in decisions regarding purchase orders and merchandise assortment, playing a key role in reordering and new product decisions
  • Sets up, sends and maintains purchase orders and other receivables/accounting documents
  • Maintain communication with vendors, coordinating logistics to ensure timely and smooth product arrival
  • Manage the inventory count throughout the season, maintaining accuracy within the online store and event system
  • Collaborate with Marketing team, bringing fresh ideas for merchandise inclusion in sales, incentives and promotions for the e-commerce program
  • Assists in AO Racing’s employee uniform and equipment program
  • Maintain logs of crew uniforms and AO employee apparel
  • Orders and distributes crew uniforms and AO employee apparel

 What you’ll need: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in management, marketing, or a related field preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in a retail merchandise role, preferably within the sports or racing industry
  • Experience with retail merchandising software and tools
  • Extensive proficiency in Shopify, Google Suite; 3+ years preferable.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills, effectively prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities with precision and efficiency
  • Strong negotiation, relationship-building and communication skills
  • Ability to Travel as needed. This travel includes weekends.
