Bruker Nano Surfaces & Metrology (BNSM) manufactures and sells high-end instrumentation that enables our customers to push the boundaries of science through cutting-edge research. The BNSM marketing communications group is a metric-driven, global team whose primary goals include generating high-quality leads through developing engaging content, expanding brand awareness nurturing prospects, and spreading awareness of Bruker's products and solutions. To achieve this our group delivers an ever-growing variety of content pieces including emails and e-books, case studies and web content, podcasts, webinars and videos, and print material.

Responsibilities
The Web Specialist, part of Bruker's Marketing and Communications department, supports the effective presentation and organization of marketing content online, helping maintain a consistent, high-quality user experience across BNSM's web properties. This role focuses on hands-on execution of content updates and improvements within a drag-and-drop CMS environment (no coding required).
Duties include, but are not limited to: Routine updates and maintenance of existing web pages; uploading and configuring new pages; maintaining consistency in page structure, configuration, and linking; and carrying out site improvement tasks such as updating metadata, refining internal linking and asset organization, and aligning older content with current standards. This position is ideal for an individual who enjoys hands-on, detail-oriented work and wants to play a key role in maintaining the quality, consistency, and high standard of experience across Bruker's most valuable marketing channel.
Responsible for:
  • Posting and updating webpages within a drag-and-drop CMS (Adobe Experience Manager), ensuring alignment with Bruker templates, standards, and formatting guidelines.

  • Carrying out day-to-day webpage updates and refinements in the CMS to keep content current, accurate, and consistent across the site.

  • Organizing and maintaining customer-facing content libraries, including preparing full-page and gated-access versions while working closely with other team members and in support of broader marketing initiatives.

  • Preparing images for web use using Adobe Photoshop, including resizing, light editing, and simple compositing to ensure clean and consistent presentation.

  • Reviewing and updating webpage and asset metadata, properties, and linking to maintain content quality, consistency, and organization.Supporting updates to ecommerce product catalogs and promotions (Shopify), helping ensure content is up to date and well-presented within a key revenue-generating channel.Assisting with content updates, migrations, and sunset activities for satellite sites (WordPress), helping transition acquired products and technologies into Bruker's primary web presence.Assisting the Web Manager with the collection and organization of website analytics data and general competitive information, as needed.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
  • Bachelor's degree relevant discipline; or Associates degree with 2+ years of related work experience

  • Familiarity with B2B and/or technology-sector website marketing, a plus

  • Experience with drag-and-drop CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress), strongly desired

  • Demonstrated exposure to and familiarity with Shopify or ecommerce platforms, strongly desired

  • Experience with Adobe Photoshop, a plus

  • Organized, ability to efficiently complete tasks on-time and multi-tasking

  • Detail-oriented, able to complete hands-on, precision-focused work, often across many webpages

  • Comfortable as both a team player and individual contributor, with extensive review loops and stakeholders

At Bruker, base salary is part of our total compensation. The estimated base salary range for this full-time position is between $48,000 and $65,000 and provides an opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role.The base salary for the role will depend on a several job-related factors, including, but not limited to education, training, experience, the geographic location of the successful candidate, skills, competencies, job-related knowledge and travel requirements for this position. Full-time employees may also be eligible for a performance-related incentive in addition to a full range of benefits including 401(k) with company match, an employee stock purchase plan, medical and dental plans, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability insurance, employee assistance program and paid time off including vacation, sick time and holidays, and more.
