  • Partner with senior leadership to shape organizational priorities, allocate resources, manage workflows, and optimize team effectiveness.

  • Present partnership strategies, performance results, subscriber impact, risks, opportunities, and recommendations to senior and executive stakeholders.

  • Monitor partner performance, market shifts, campaign effectiveness, and emerging opportunities, using insights to optimize investment and impact.

  • Anticipate business, operational, and partner implications of decisions, and guide the team through changing priorities and ambiguity.

  • Influence internal and external stakeholders, including senior leaders, to resolve complex challenges and advance critical initiatives.

Basic Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in partnership marketing, strategic marketing, business development, or related functions within subscription-based, direct-to-consumer, media, streaming, entertainment, or consumer technology organizations.

  • Demonstrated success developing and leading partnership marketing strategies and integrated, cross-channel campaigns that deliver measurable outcomes, including subscriber acquisition, engagement, retention, and brand impact.

  • Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams and align cross-functional partners, external stakeholders, and executive leaders within a complex, matrixed organization.

  • Deep understanding of the OTT, SVOD, CTV, and digital media ecosystem, including consumer behavior, digital marketing channels, partner landscapes, industry trends, and emerging growth opportunities.

  • Strong track record of building and managing strategic partnerships, leading multiple concurrent initiatives, and operating with a high degree of autonomy and accountability.

  • Exceptional communication skills, executive presence, sound judgment, and the ability to navigate stakeholder relationships with diplomacy and tact.

  • Highly organized, analytical, detail-oriented, and solutions-oriented, with the ability to use data-driven insights to identify opportunities and drive results in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and change with agility, adjusting strategy and team direction as priorities shift without losing momentum.

  • Advanced proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, Keynote, PowerPoint, Airtable, and project management and collaboration tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing marketing programs across international markets, time zones, and global cross-functional teams.

  • Experience supporting subscriber growth strategies within streaming or Direct-to-Consumer businesses.
