Located in Grand Blanc, Michigan, and managed by Bobby Jones Links, The Captain’s Club offers a premium public 18-hole golf course within the Woodfield Community. Designed by the legendary 1989 Ryder Cup captain, Raymond Floyd, the course is surrounded by protected wetlands and wildlife that never disappoint!

Captain's Club is hiring for Line Cooks. Primary responsibilities include:

  • Operates cooking equipment such as griddles, grills, or deep fryers.
  • Prepares and cooks food according to directives; verifies the quality and quantity of all orders.
  • Plates prepared foods based on senior chef’s guidance
  • Works with servers to ensure that orders are completed according to request and on time
  • Adheres to all food handling and safety regulations throughout the kitchen and restaurant.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
