What You'll Do

  • Provide strategic and operational leadership across all departments
  • Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing management team
  • Drive occupancy, resident satisfaction, and quality of care initiatives
  • Oversee budgeting, financial performance, and operational efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations
  • Develop strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and the local community
  • Partner closely with clinical leadership, including the Director of Nursing, to ensure integrated, high-quality care
  • Represent the community as an ambassador for its mission and values

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits
  • The opportunity to lead a community from an early, formative stage
  • Strong support from a growing regional/national organization
  • Long-term career growth as our Utah County presence expands

What We're Looking For

  • Current or eligible Utah Executive Director/Administrator license (as applicable)
  • Minimum of 2 years of senior living or healthcare leadership experience
  • Proven track record of operational and financial success
  • Strong leadership, communication, and community-relations skills
  • Passion for senior care and creating a positive, resident-first culture
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment

If you're ready to lead with purpose and help build something exceptional in Utah County, we'd love to connect with you!
