Responsibilities

The Manager, Direct Sales is responsible for leading, developing, and motivating a team of Direct Sales Representatives to achieve customer acquisition, revenue, and market penetration goals. This position drives sales performance through recruiting, coaching, field training, performance management, and strategic execution while ensuring an exceptional customer experience. The Manager partners closely with cross-functional teams to support business growth and uphold Ezee Fiber's commitment to Speed, Simplicity, and Service.


Qualifications

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve customer acquisition, revenue, and market penetration goals while supporting the company's growth objectives.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, hire, onboard, motivate, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Direct Sales Representatives through ongoing coaching and professional development.
  • Performance Management & Field Coaching: Monitor individual and team sales performance by conducting regular field ride-alongs, coaching sessions, and one-on-one meetings. Provide timely feedback, recognize achievements, and implement performance improvement plans when necessary.
  • Customer & Community Engagement: Foster positive customer relationships by ensuring an exceptional customer experience and representing Ezee Fiber professionally within the communities we serve. Assist with escalated customer concerns as needed.
