Job description

Strong Automotive is looking for a Manager to lead the execution and growth of our direct mail, email, eBlast, and eCampaign products.

This role is responsible for making sure campaigns are set up correctly, managed accurately, and completed on time. Just as importantly, this person will work closely with internal stakeholders across Account Team, Graphics, Data, Strong Direct, and Email Marketing to improve adoption, strengthen execution, and grow revenue from these products within our existing client base.

The right person is organized, detail-oriented, process-minded, and comfortable managing a high volume of campaign work. They must be able to run the day-to-day machine while also influencing others, identifying opportunities, improving workflows, and helping internal teams understand how to use these products effectively with clients.

Success in this role will be measured by consistent, accurate campaign execution and by the ability to help grow revenue tied to direct mail, email, eBlast, and eCampaign products.

What You’ll Do

  • Oversee daily workflow for direct mail, email, eBlast, and eCampaign jobs.
  • Make sure campaign details, timing, budgets, quantities, targeting, and related job information are entered accurately.
  • Coordinate handoffs between Account Team, Graphics, Data, Strong Direct, and Email Marketing.
  • Engage internal stakeholders to increase understanding, adoption, and effective use of these products.
  • Partner with Account Team members to identify opportunities to grow existing client revenue through direct contact products.
  • Monitor job statuses and deadlines to keep campaigns on track.
  • Support quality control across setup, proofing, data readiness, deployment, and completion.
  • Identify bottlenecks, recurring errors, missed opportunities, and training needs.
  • Improve SOPs, checklists, and process documentation.
  • Train and support internal teams on direct contact product workflows and product positioning.
  • Serve as an escalation point when campaign issues need to be resolved.
  • Help build more consistent, scalable processes that support both execution quality and revenue growth.
  • Experience in marketing operations, campaign management, production, direct mail, email marketing, account services, or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines at once.
  • Strong communication and follow-through.
  • Comfort working in project management or workflow systems.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with creative, data, account service, and production teams.
  • Process improvement mindset.
  • Automotive marketing experience is a plus.
