Steadily is hiring a Direct Sales Manager! The Direct Sales Manager works closely with Steadily's direct sales agents to drive sales production and quality while developing and engaging the sales team. This role reports directly to the Head of Sales.
We're looking for a gifted leader with strong communication skills who thrives in a fast-paced, data driven role. This is a full-time, in-office position based in Overland Park, KS.
What You'll Do
  • Lead a high performing sales team to exceed company sales targets.
  • Lead the team to consistently meet and exceed company expectations for sales quality, conversion rates, customer response times and other KPIs.
  • Continuously develop, engage and motivate the sales team to be the best in the business.
  • Continue to grow a top-notch sales department by participating in interviewing and recruiting other great talent as needed.

Your Background
  • Experienced: You are a gifted leader with documented experience leading high performing sales teams with autonomy.
  • Insurance: P&C knowledge preferred, however prior insurance experience is not a requirement as we can provide training.
  • Digital: You are extremely tech savvy and know how to leverage data and technology to your advantage.
  • Operations: You have strong operational acumen when it comes to a sales organization.
  • Driven: You can handle important responsibilities and assignments with limited oversight.
