Position Overview:

The Manager of Business Systems & Digital Transformation is responsible for leading AVNA’s technology, systems, and data strategy to support operational performance, decision-making, scalability, and long-term growth. This role serves as the company’s internal owner of business technology, overseeing the relationship with AVNA’s managed IT services provider, driving software and systems strategy, and ensuring technology investments deliver measurable business value.

Responsibilities:IT / MSP governance
  • Serve as AVNA’s internal owner of the managed IT relationship
  • Manage MSP performance, escalation, project execution, and service expectations per defined service level agreements & KPIs.
  • Translate business issues into clear MSP priorities
  • Own AVNA’s systems roadmap across core business systems
  • Build a prioritization model for projects based on return on investment
ERP / data governance / reporting
  • KPI definitions / ownership / reporting consistency
  • Data integrity across finance / operations / supply chain / quality
  • Power BI/reporting prioritization
  • Automation of recurring reporting where possible
  • Build a complete software inventory and spend map
