Job Summary:
Are you ready to lead complex systems and drive high-impact technological outcomes? As a Senior Technical Lead, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and delivering enterprise-grade system software and applications that directly support business objectives. You will combine deep technical expertise with people leadership, ensuring high-quality solutions are implemented efficiently, reliably, and at scale. Key Responsibilities
Technology Expertise
  • Demonstrates strong expertise in modern Angular frameworks (16+), HTML5, CSS/SCSS, and contemporary UI component libraries and design systems.
  • Applies deep knowledge of front-end architecture to design scalable, reusable solutions that support both web and mobile applications, including responsive layouts, performance optimization, state management, offline capabilities, and application security.
  • Leverages experience with content management platforms and identity and access management solutions (e.g., CMS platforms such as Liferay and OAuth/OIDC-based IDPs such as Auth0 or equivalent).
  • Utilizes advanced proficiency in Java (11/17+) and modern JDK features to support scalable backend, API, and integration solutions.
  • Designs and supports cloud-ready, microservices-based applications using Spring Boot and related containerization, orchestration, and deployment frameworks.

Technical Leadership & Application Architecture
  • Provides hands-on technical leadership across engineering teams, ensuring application design and delivery align with approved solution architecture, platform standards, and business objectives.
  • Leads and mentors engineers while enforcing architectural decisions, coding standards, and engineering best practices to deliver scalable, high-quality web and mobile solutions.
  • Drives technical execution across the software development lifecycle, collaborating closely with solution architecture, product, and delivery teams to ensure performance, reliability, and maintainability.
  • Oversees technical problem resolution and design decisions across multiple initiatives, balancing architectural compliance with practical delivery needs.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline with 10+ years of professional experience; or a Master's degree with 7+ years of experience.
Experience:
  • Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in a senior engineering or technical leadership role.
  • Demonstrated experience as an expert in software development, leveraging Agile DevOps practices for CI/CD.
  • Proven track record of designing, building, and deploying large-scale, enterprise-grade, multi-tier applications that scale across web and mobile platforms.

Technical & Functional Skills:
  • System Integration: Mastery of architecting enterprise-scale integrations using APIs, connectors, and middleware, specifically with legacy ERP systems like SAP.
  • Data Platforms: Proficiency with modern data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, or Microsoft Fabric) for data orchestration and governance.
  • Architectural Design: Ability to design complex systems that manage data flows, state management, and edge cases effectively.
  • Web Platforms:
    • Strong hands-on experience with modern web technologies, including JavaScript, TypeScript, and Angular frameworks and UI libraries.
    • Advanced proficiency in Java (11/17+) with experience building backend and integration solutions using Spring Boot and microservices architectures.
    • Experience designing cloud-based solutions using platforms such as Microsoft Azure and/or AWS.
    • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and source control tools (e.g., Git, Jenkins or equivalent).
    • Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
