Job description

Beauty Brands is seeking talented, passionate and results driven leaders to join our team as a Shift Manager! We are looking for candidates with management experience in the retail, salon, or service industries. The successful person embodies servant leadership, is passionate about inspiring others, and invested in the development of a team of professionals committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Supervise Operations during your shift.
  • Work with staff during your shift to train and develop associates to their level.
  • Follow company policies.
  • Meet attendance, punctuality, and required work guidelines.
  • Take an active role in daily business driving, with consistent presence on the retail & salon floors.
  • Complete and submit all required operating reports, forms, and projects on time and with accuracy.
  • Assist in attracting, developing, and retaining talent to achieve goals related to staffing.
  • Support the General Manager in achieving weekly, monthly, and annual revenue budgets related to salon & spa and retail.
  • Work with all team members to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
