We are offering an exciting career opportunity for a Talent Development Manager interested in building a career with a corporate, high performing People Operations team!

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate and administer Keeley's leadership development programs for emerging, operational, and senior leaders.
  • Monitor participant progress and recommend enhancements to improve program effectiveness.
  • Support the administration of leadership competencies, career development resources, and learning pathways.
  • Coordinate the company's annual performance review process, including goal setting, mid-year reviews, year-end reviews, and calibration activities.
  • Provide training and guidance to managers on performance management processes, documentation, and development conversations.
  • Monitor review completion and follow up with leaders to ensure timely participation.
  • Recommend process improvements that enhance the employee and manager experience.
  • Lead continuous improvement of the annual performance review cycle.
  • Coordinate manager development initiatives focused on coaching, employee development, communication, and leadership effectiveness.
  • Facilitate manager workshops, leadership roundtables, peer learning sessions, and new manager onboarding.
  • Develop practical resources and tools that support managers in leading and developing their teams.
  • Administer UKG Talent and Development modules, including learning assignments, development plans, talent profiles, and learning pathways.
  • Coordinate UKG Academy deployment, user training, and ongoing system adoption.
  • Track key talent development metrics and identify trends that support continuous improvement.
  • Monitor organizational compliance related to performance reviews, development plans, learning assignments, leadership programs, and quarterly manager 1:1 completion.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve talent development programs, processes, and participant experiences.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in talent development, leadership development, organizational development, learning and development, or human resources.
  • Experience designing and facilitating leadership development programs and performance management processes.
  • Demonstrated experience managing talent management systems or learning management systems (UKG experience preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of competency models, succession planning, performance management, and employee development best practices.
  • Excellent facilitation, presentation, coaching, and communication skills.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple enterprise initiatives simultaneously.
