Business Development / Account Manager – CFS | SOUTH BEND / MISHAWAKA

Creative Financial Staffing (CFS) is growing, and we’re looking for a motivated, client-focused Business Development / Account Manager to join our team in Mishawaka, IN.

In this role, you’ll build new relationships, expand existing accounts, and partner with accounting and finance leaders who rely on CFS for top-tier staffing and recruiting support. You’ll own the full sales cycle—prospecting, outreach, meetings, negotiation, and ongoing account management—while delivering exceptional service long after the placement is made.

  • Manage the full sales process: research → outreach → meetings → negotiation → account management
