Job description

GVI, Inc, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Management Analyst for the NAWCAD / NAVAIR Central Travel Agency Team onsite at Naval Air Station Patuxent River in Lexington Park, MD.
This position provides leadership, management, reporting, and recruiting for the NAWCAD / NAVAIR Central Travel Agency (CTA) including oversite of the Authorization Review Team, Claims Review Team, and Help Desk.
Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Provide daily direct supervision of support for the Defense Travel System and its user community.
  • Analyze and track requirements, program/project status, budget, and schedules.
  • Apply analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives.
  • Perform management, technical, or business case analyses.
  • Collect, complete, organize and interpret data relating to CTA.
  • Research, analyze and report travel quality assurance metrics in daily, weekly and monthly CDRL Reports.
  • Apply Government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management.

Position Requirements:
  • US Citizen.
  • Ability to pass background check and investigation for Public Trust.
  • Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 8 years of Leadership / Client Relations / Customer Care Experience.
  • Demonstrated high proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (to include MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.).
  • Experience with the Defense Travel System (DTS), Joint Travel Regulations (JTR) and Joint Federal Travel Regulations (JFTR) preferred
  • Service Now Assistance Portal (SNAP) and help desk experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work until 5:00 PM.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team.
  • Must possess strong time management skills.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced, changing, and challenging environment.

Position located in Patuxent River, MD.
Rate: $38.46 - $45.67/ hour
