Job description

Job Summary:
Cushman & Wakefield is a leading global real estate services firm, and they are seeking a Senior Manager for their Data & Analytics team. This role involves owning the analytics function, leading a team of analysts and engineers, and ensuring high-quality analytics delivery to drive business decisions.
Responsibilities:
• Run the analytics delivery roadmap and hold the team accountable for shipping it.
• Define and enforce standards for metric definitions, semantic models, and reporting so the business trusts one version of the numbers.
• Partner with data engineering to shape Silver/Gold data products against real analytical demand, rather than building in isolation.
• Line-manage analysts and analytics engineers: hiring, performance, capability growth, and clear ownership across the team.
• Translate ambiguous business questions into scoped analytics work, and translate results back into recommendations stakeholders can use.
• Govern self-service: decide what gets certified, what stays exploratory, and where the guardrails sit.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Own the analytics function end to end — from the Gold-layer data products in the lakehouse through to the dashboards, models, and insights that business teams act on.
• Set the standard for how analytics gets built, govern its quality, and lead a team of analysts and analytics engineers who turn curated data into decisions.
