  • Iterate with portfolio managers, analysts, and senior leaders to refine requirements and define outcomes for ongoing development.
  • Propose how new tools will be built, and construct prototypes to test, illustrate and experiment on analytics and workflows
  • Work closely with quant and technology teams to scale new analytics and tools to production applications with a long-term view
  • Own the delivery of complex analytical applications to provide clear, actionable insight for portfolio managers and research analysts
  • Redesign legacy processes to enforce proper governance and bring clarity to ambiguous, multi-system workflows
  • Integrate new data sources and vendors into investment workflows
  • Partner with other teams to troubleshoot analytical outputs across performance, risk, and portfolio analytics
  • Convert ad hoc analyses into repeatable, scalable solutions
  • Mentor junior team members by sharing expertise, providing guidance, and supporting their development
