We are seeking a Data Analytics Manager. This role will be responsible for building, managing, and enabling high‑performing data analytics teams that deliver solutions employing data management, operations research, machine learning, statistics, business intelligence, and low-code automation for internal initiatives and government contracts.

This position is contingent upon your ability to obtain/maintain a Secret security clearance

In this role, you will:

  • Perform advanced analysis and develop tools to advance digital transformation efforts.

  • Use and mentor others in methods of data management, operations research, machine learning, statistics, business intelligence, and low-code automation (e.g., Power Platform)

  • Partner with program managers, data scientists, data engineers, cybersecurity staff, and customer stakeholders to translate mission and business requirements into robust technical data solutions.

  • Support capture and proposal efforts by defining analytics approaches, estimating level of effort, and articulating technical solutions for government solicitations.

  • Identify opportunities to insert automation, digital tools, and data visualization to help customers make data-driven decisions.

  • Provide technical leadership and risk management across multiple programs, ensuring consistent, repeatable delivery of data analytics capabilities.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • U.S Citizenship

  • An active Secret Security Clearance, or the ability to obtain one

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, operations research, data science, or a related technical discipline

  • Additional 10 years of experience may be substituted for a STEM degree

  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in data analytics, data science, operations research, or closely related roles, including 2 years in a technical leadership or management capacity

  • Hands‑on experience with data analytics and automation technologies such Python, R, SQL, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI)

  • Working knowledge of artificial intelligence concepts and their relationship to data analytics, including where AI can augment analysis, automation, and decision-making, as well as limitations, risks, and ethical considerations

  • Knowledge of use cases and developing models that include the use of probability, statistics, simulation, optimization, machine learning, and heuristics

  • Knowledge of various data management frameworks, principles, and best practices

  • Knowledge of data management maturity assessment processes and implementation

  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non‑technical audiences

  • Experience deploying solutions in government or highly regulated environments, with an understanding of compliance, documentation, and operational rigor expectations

  • Ability to travel up to 10%

  • Experience contributing to technical proposals, white papers, or solution architectures for government customers

  • Security + certification or other cyber certification/experience
