  • Lead performance marketing across paid search, paid social, display, retargeting, metasearch, affiliate, and other digital channels to increase qualified demand, direct booking contribution, campaign efficiency, and digital revenue.
  • Own website and e-commerce performance, including conversion optimization, merchandising, testing roadmaps, and booking funnel effectiveness.
  • Manage digital advertising budgets, pacing, forecasts, accruals, invoice review, contract renewals, cost controls, and performance reporting to ensure spending aligns with revenue, margin, and ROI objectives.
  • Partner with brand and revenue management leaders to align digital strategy with demand needs, pricing, seasonality, and business priorities across multiple brands and properties.

Analytics, Testing & Performance Management
  • Partner with Customer Data & Analytics team to build digital and channel reporting on a shared data foundation, with consistent definitions of customer, booking, and revenue.
  • Analyze campaign, channel, website, and customer data to identify growth, efficiency, and optimization opportunities.
  • Translate performance insights into practical recommendations for brand teams, commercial leadership, and agency partners.

  • Maintain fluency with modern digital marketing tools and platforms, including CMS platforms, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, web analytics, SEO, GEO, LLMs, and answer engines.
  • Bring expertise on how AI-powered search, LLMs, and answer engines are changing customer discovery, content strategy, SEO, paid media, and conversion optimization.

Agency Management & Field Collaboration
  • Manage agency relationships, scopes of work, budgets, performance expectations, deliverables, reporting cadences, and accountability.
  • Collaborate with field commercial, brand marketing, sales, revenue management, operations, accounting, and IT partners to align digital priorities with property-level demand and portfolio growth goals.
  • Communicate performance results, risks, opportunities, and recommendations clearly to senior stakeholders, field leaders, and agency partners.

Qualifications
  • Must present 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, ecommerce, or growth marketing, preferably in a revenue-accountable environment.
  • Experience managing digital marketing priorities across multiple brands, properties, or business units, with the ability to balance shared portfolio goals and distinct brand needs.
  • Deep expertise in paid media, SEO/SEM, GEO, AI, website optimization, digital analytics, attribution, conversion rate optimization, and test-and-learn practices.
  • Strong analytical, financial, cost management, and budget management acumen, with the ability to connect digital marketing investment to revenue, margin, efficiency, and business outcomes.
  • Proven ability to manage agency partners, digital marketing budgets, cost controls, forecasts, vendor spend, OTAs, and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong project management and communication skills, with the ability to translate data and digital performance into clear recommendations for executives, field commercial leaders, and agency partners.
  • Highly proactive, collaborative, detail-oriented, and accountable, with the ability to lead through influence rather than direct authority.

Preferred Experience
  • Experience in travel, hospitality, leisure, retail, ecommerce, or consumer-facing multi-location businesses.
  • Experience partnering with field-based commercial, sales, revenue management, property leadership, or CRM teams.
  • Experience applying AI-driven discovery trends, including answer engines, generative search experiences, LLM-influenced customer journeys, and agentic AI to digital strategy.

Compensation:
The salary range is $120,000.00 - $140,000.00 based on experience + bonus incentive.
