Royal Caribbean Group's Royal Caribbean International Brand has an exciting career opportunity for a full-time Lead, Pre-Cruise Revenue on the Hotel Operations Team reporting to the Manager, Pre-Cruise Revenue.

This position will work onsite in Miami, Florida.

Position Summary:

The Lead, Pre-Cruise Revenue will provide pricing and inventory decisions for the Pre-Cruise Planner (PCP) for all products offered on the platform (Beverage, Shore Excursion, Internet, Dining, Spa, Photo, etc.) for the Royal Caribbean International brand. You would play a pivotal part in current and future system enhancements to ensure that the brand is maximizing revenue opportunities. You would be responsible for commercial ownership and execution excellence across all precruise onboard revenue areas. This role drives strategic planning, pricing and promotion accuracy, team development, and the integration of AIenabled tools to scale decisionmaking, forecasting, and execution.

 

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Strategic and Commercial Leadership

  • Drive the development of annual business objectives for all onboard revenue areas, translating targets into clear strategic plans, priorities, and execution roadmaps.
  • Own endtoend commercial health of the precruise planner, ensuring pricing, promotions, inventory, and product setups perform as intended.
  • Develop and maintain precruise KPI forecasts, proactively identifying risks and opportunities to revenue, conversion, and guest satisfaction.

 

Pricing, Promotions and Execution Excellence

  • Ensure all precruise planner inventory and product codes are accurate, complete, and up to date across Beverage, Shore Excursions, Internet, Spa, Photo, and Onboard Activities.
  • Oversee all pricing changes (promotional and everyday pricing), ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with commercial strategy.
  • Finalize and ensure successful execution of promotions, new product launches, and updates to existing products.
  • Perform quality assurance on frequent pricing and promotion changes to protect revenue integrity and guest experience.

 

Analytics, AI and Automation

  • Provide actionable reporting and analytics with clear recommendations to increase revenue, improve guest satisfaction, and reduce operational costs.
  • Lead the integration of AIenabled tools and automation into forecasting, promo setup, reporting, and quality checks to improve speed, accuracy, and scalability.
  • Partner with Data Science, AI, and Digital teams to continuously evolve analytical capabilities and selfservice tools for the broader team.

 

Team Development and Leadership

  • Lead, coach, and develop analysts and managers, fostering a highperforming team that balances strong execution with strategic thinking.
  • Set clear expectations, prioritize work, and ensure consistent delivery across competing initiatives.
  • Build team capability in analytics, commercial decisionmaking, crossfunctional communication, and emerging AI tools.

 

CrossFunctional Collaboration

  • Collaborate closely with Legal to develop and maintain appropriate terms and conditions for new offers and changes to existing products in the precruise planner.
  • Communicate current offers and priorities to international markets, ensuring alignment to targets and timely execution.
  • Partner with Marketing, Digital, Operations, and Shipboard teams to ensure offers are positioned, executed, and supported effectively.

 

Ad Hoc and Continuous Improvement

  • Lead ad hoc analysis and problemsolving as business needs arise.
  • Continuously identify process gaps and opportunities to simplify, standardize, and automate workflows.

Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree required; four to eight years related financial and business analysis experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 
  • Possess strong written and verbal communication skills and be able to work effectively with all levels of operational personnel. 
  • Exceptionally strong computer and analytical skills to include experience using Word, PowerPoint, and advanced level Excel.
  • Knowledge of Hyperion, SQL, Essbase and business intelligence tools preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Willingness to accept immediate product and project responsibility.
  • Ability to successfully operate in a team environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated professionalism.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities at once. 

Physical Requirements:

  • While performing job functions a person in this position is regularly required to sit, stand, write, review and type reports, compile data, operate a computer, communicate, listen, and assess information. 
  • A person in this position may move about the office complex, may travel to other office locations and may lift, push, pull or move 10-15 pounds.
  • A person in this position is occasionally required to walk to the dock, ascend and descend the vessel.
  • A person in this position may periodically travel domestically or internationally.
  • Visual requirements include distant, close and color vision, and ability to adjust focus.
