RECRUITER

POSITION SUMMARY

The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring top talent. The Recruiter will play a crucial role in ensuring our company attracts, hires, and retains the best employees while growing a strong talent pipeline. This position will manage multiple requisitions across a variety of sales, corporate, operational and administrative roles for our Fort Worth, TX, and Fort Wayne, IN locations.

COMPENSATION

  • This position offers a competitive compensation package, benchmarked to regional market standards. It consists of a base salary plus the opportunity for quarterly profit sharing after one year of employment.

LOCATION

  • Fort Wayne, IN or Fort Worth, TX preferred, but will consider remote candidates (eastern or central time zone required) 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Represent the PTR brand with professionalism and
  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for assigned requisitions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and extending offers.
  • Partnering with the hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting plans.
  • Understand the business and build effective relationships with managers across the
  • Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.
  • Prepare and post jobs to appropriate job boards, professional networks, colleges, and other recruiting sources.
  • Source and attract candidates by using our ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, nurture campaigns, employee referrals, etc.

  • Conduct interviews using various reliable personnel selection tools/methods to filter

  • Maintenance accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Assist with recruiting metrics and Talent Acquisition projects, as needed.

REQUIREMENTS

MUST HAVE

  • 3+ years of proven work experience in Talent Acquisition
  • Experience partnering with hiring managers throughout the hiring process.
  • Experience recruiting for hourly and salaried positions across various departments within an organization.
  • Hands-on experience conducting interviews and evaluating candidate qualifications.
  • Ability to guide candidates through the entire interview, offer and acceptance lifecycle.
  • Ability to successfully work on and fill multiple open requisitions at a time across various departments.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting sourcing tools.
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Strong decision-making skills.

NICE TO HAVE

  • A bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field is
  • Experience using Greenhouse ATS.
  • Experience successfully recruiting sales professionals.
