Palm Health Resources is seeking a full-time CRNA for a new outpatient surgery center in the Myrtle Beach area that opened in 2025. This is a rare chance to join a growing practice with a predictable schedule, no call, and excellent compensation with multiple sign-on bonus options.

Position Highlights:
  • Schedule: Full-time, MondayFriday (80 hrs bi-weekly)
  • Shift: 8-hour days; arrive 6:30a, first case 7:00a, finish ~3:00p
  • Call: No call required
  • Model: Medically directed ACT with anesthesiologist on-site
