Job description

Senior Manager, Creative Services (LosAngeles)

The Senior Manager reports to the Vice President of Creative Services and leads the US creative marketing pillar for Warner Chappell Music’s songwriters and catalog.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategize, develop, and execute integrated marketing campaigns and activations for US writers & catalogs from concept to delivery.
  • Identify & secure cultural, brand, and strategic partnerships that amplify songwriters and connect their music to new audiences.
  • Monitor and report on live promotional activations using analytics platforms, tracking impact, uplift, and efficiency.
  • Analyze performance data, streaming trends, sync activity, and cultural momentum to prioritize focus catalogs.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional execution with Creative Services pillars (marketing, digital optimization, IP dev, special projects, samples).
  • Represent the CS team at events, showcases, launches, and songwriter meetings.
  • Work directly with songwriters, managers, estates, and labels to establish marketing goals and execute aligned campaigns.
  • Create decks, visual materials, and pitch assets using Canva, Google Slides, or equivalent.
Qualifications & Experience
  • 5‑7 years of experience in music industry, tech, marketing, or partnerships.
  • Tech‑savvy with deep understanding of streaming, sync, and modern consumption trends.
  • Strong stakeholder management, collaboration, and communication skills across internal & external teams.
  • Proven project‑management track record delivering results amid complex operations.
  • Analytical & strategic thinking: ability to extract insights from data and inform strategy.
  • Experience with data‑driven decision‑making and performance reporting.
  • Proficiency with Google Sheets/Excel, digital media landscape, and project‑management tools (Airtable, Monday.com, etc.).
  • Bonus: knowledge of music publishing, video editing, AI tools, and analytics platforms (Chartmetric, Luminate, etc.).
Work Requirements

Minimum 4 days per week onsite in the LosAngeles office. Travel to events as scheduled.

Salary & Benefits

$85,000–$100,000 annually (base pay depends on experience and business needs).
