What are the responsibilities of a Manager CPIC?

A Manager CPIC (Capital Planning and Investment Control) is responsible for overseeing the planning, budgeting, and management of an organization's capital investments, particularly in IT projects within government agencies. Their duties include ensuring compliance with federal regulations, evaluating investment risks and benefits, and monitoring the performance of projects to ensure they align with strategic goals.
