Midea is bringing its data center cooling solutions โ€” chillers, CDUs, and thermal management equipment โ€” to the U.S. market. We are looking for a training expert to enable the engineers and technical to deliver high quality service to the customers.

Responsibilities
  1. 1. Course Development: Develop training courses, materials, and courseware for data center products (precision air conditioning / liquid cooling / computer room air conditioning) and water chiller products (centrifugal / screw chillers, etc.)
  2. 2. Training Delivery: Deliver theoretical instruction and hands-on training to customers, after-sales personnel, and core service providers
  3. 3. Training System Development: Build the course system, trainer system, and personnel certification system; formulate and execute training plans
  4. Practical Training Management: Build and maintain practical training bases/platforms, and develop hands-on operation specifications and assessment standards
  5. 4. Training Evaluation: Organize training assessments and certification, track training effectiveness, and continuously optimize course content
  6. 5.Knowledge Consolidation: Organize typical failure cases and technical bulletins, and convert them into training materials with iterative updates
Requirements
  1. 1. Bachelor's degree or above in engineering disciplines such as HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, or mechanical engineering
  2. 2. 5+ years of technical experience in data center precision air conditioning or central air conditioning water chillers; training delivery experience preferred
  3. 3. Strong course development and teaching skills with clear communication, capable of independently organizing hands-on training
  4. 4. Familiar with refrigeration system principles and common fault handling; refrigeration and air conditioning operation certificate preferred
  5. 5. Willing to travel on business
