This is a hands-on leadership role for a hospitality professional who thrives on the floor, builds strong teams, and delivers memorable member experiences.

The Ideal Candidate

You are a detail-oriented hospitality leader with a gracious, service-first mindset. You lead from the dining room, adapt quickly to changing needs, and inspire both members and staff through professionalism, mentorship, and consistency.

You will oversee all front-of-house operations, providing leadership, insight, and guidance to the service team while collaborating closely with the Director of Restaurants to ensure operational and financial success.
