We are currently seeking a Bilingual Logistics Procurement Manager to drive carrier sourcing, pricing optimization, and partner management across parcel, LTL, and linehaul networks. This role is responsible for building and managing transportation capacity while ensuring cost efficiency and service reliability.

  • xpand capacity across parcel, LTL, and linehaul networks

  • uild and maintain strong carrier relationships

  • egotiate and manage rate cards with major carriers (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS) and regional providers

  • onitor market trends and update pricing strategies

  • upport account-level pricing setup and optimization

  • ollaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations

  • oordinate daily capacity allocation and resolve issues

    Required Qualifications:
